shipping

Orders may ship in multiple packages. Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping. Your Shipping Confirmation email will provide you with a tracking link.

international shipping

Please review all information carefully before placing your order, especially your shipping address information. We are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been shipped. If a mistake was made, please call us at 1-888-757-1982 immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to try to assist you.

When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized and charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by you card’s issuing bank. We only take orders for items that we have stock of, however items may be cancelled after the order is placed for various reasons.

returns + exchanges

In the event that you would like to return or exchange your order, please contact returns@earsofbuddha.com within 30 days of receiving your order and hold on to the original packaging because we’ll ask for that too. Product must be in original condition.

Exchanges are based on product availability, and may incur additional charges based on price. Note that Ears of Buddha does not provide free returns – the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

TO REQUEST A RETURN:

1. Email returns@earsofbuddha.com with your name and order number.
2. A prepaid return label will then be sent to you via email.
3. Print the label, adhere it to the box, and drop at the nearest USPS facility within 48 hours of receiving the label.
